Responsibilities
The game was a two trimester project with the first trimester focused on engine building. My role in the first trimester as the lead designer and artist was to prototype the game mechanics in the Unity engine and test out level designs on paper before importing them into the game engine. At the same time, I had to pick up pixel art as it was the desired art style of the game. In the second trimester, I focused on implementing the level designs into the engine and polishing content. I felt it was important to include cooperation and seamlessness into the design and I set some basic design goals.

Transitions between sections should contain a small puzzle element.

No two transitions should be the same.

A player who is able to move forward without his counterpart must be unable to progress to the next puzzle area.

Players be aware that they take up space.

players must stand on top of one another in order to access secret areas.
