Description

An Oculus Vr kaiju fighting experience designed to mimic the filming of shows such as power rangers. The game has interactable buildings and special fighting moves to help you defeat the kaiju and save the day.

Sound System Programmer

As the sound system programmer, I took my existing system within the pinata factory game and designed it with custom functions for Guardian. As a environment designer, I set some design objectives for us and scripted all building interactions. The design goals are as shown below.

  • all building must do something cool.

  • attacks must be usable in small spaces.

  • use particles for visual feedback.

  • all interactions must use the grab button for constancy.

  • interaction should be simple and should trigger when thrown.
